The shift

Most leaders use AI like a search box. One question, one answer, copy and paste.

That leaves the real work untouched. Here, it connects to your inbox, calendar and files, and works on your actual day.

Week 1

You type questions into a chat window.

Week 6

Your morning briefing is ready before you open your inbox.

02Your learning planAgreed 1:1. Three target workflows become your build in every module.
03Your role trackExamples and templates matched to your job.
04Your capstoneThe final project delivers one of your own 90-day objectives.

By week 6, five things are running on your laptop.

01

A morning briefing

Your mail sorted into reply now, information, and waiting on others, before you start the day.

02

Meeting follow-ups

Recordings turned into notes, tasks and draft follow-up emails, including calls in mixed Urdu and English.

03

A research agent

Research across the web, documents and data for your field, with every claim sourced.

04

Executive outputs

Decks, memos and a dashboard, on your own templates.

05

A team workflow

One workflow in pilot across your team, with clear roles, guardrails and review.

Agreed 1:1

Every week, you log one thing it got wrong, and fix the rule that caused it.

It is called the Trust Log. It teaches the judgement that matters most for a leader: knowing when to check, where AI should not be used, and when to bring in an engineer.

Example entry · Week 2 What happened: it filed an email from the auditors under "information". Fix: anything from the audit firm now goes to "reply now".

FAQ

I am not technical at all. Is this for me?

Yes. It is built for that. There is no terminal and no code to write. We install everything together in the first 1:1, and every exercise uses your own work.

How much time does it take each week?

A 2.5-hour workshop and a 30-minute 1:1 clinic, plus about 3 hours applying it to your own work that week.

Is my company's data safe?

It runs on your own laptop, and you connect only what your company's data rules allow, agreed at onboarding. It drafts and never sends, asks before deleting, and keeps no passwords in files. What you connect is processed by Anthropic under its terms, and we go through what that means before you connect anything.

I use Outlook, not Gmail. Does that work?

Yes. Gmail and Google Workspace connect directly. Microsoft 365 works where your IT team approves the connection. Tell us on the call and we will plan around it.

In person or online?

Both. There is an in-person cohort in Lahore and a live online cohort. Choose on the call.

Windows or Mac?

Either works.

Do I need to pay for any tools?

Yes, a paid Claude plan, billed by Anthropic and not included in the fee. Claude Pro, $20 a month, or about $17 a month billed yearly.

Can my team use what I build?

That is week 6. You design one workflow for your team, with roles, guardrails and review, and run it as a pilot.

What if I miss a week?

Your 30-minute 1:1 that week covers what you missed, so your plan stays on track.

What happens after 6 weeks?

30 days of support while you run it on your own.

What is the refund policy?

Pro rata. If you leave, we refund the weeks left. Week 1 is non-refundable.

6 weeks. Your own workflows. 8 places.
